Summit Industrial Income REIT Announces Timing of First Quarter 2015 Results and Conference Call and Annual Unitholders' Meeting
Opus Bank announced today that it completed the acquisition of both Commerce Escrow Company , the premier Los Angeles-based escrow company focused on commercial business and commercial real estate transactions, and RPM Investments Inc.
Two dozen commercial properties belonging to Topeka developer Kent Lindemuth will go to the auction block on May 8. United Country Real Estate's website shows 24 properties owned by Lindemuth or entities linked to him that will go on sale.
