Redevelopment board hands out grants (Daytona Beach News-Journal)
The Holly Hill Community Redevelopment Advisory Board has awarded two commercial property improvement grants for April. Mapleleaf Garden Condominiums Association Inc., 1202 Ridgewood Ave., was given $5,000 for pressure washing and painting estimated to cost $10,000. New Heights Community Church, 340 Flomich St., was awarded $3,000 for walkway and other exterior upgrades estimated to cost $6,000.
